Refund policy
Returns (if applicable)
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, except where the product is deemed to be defective/faulty.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Teoxane Customer Service on 1800 633 830 within 14 days of receiving your product. Our Customer Service team member will discuss the fault and assist you with how to complete your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Where applicable and you have requested a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method once the product is deemed defective/faulty.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are offered only on products deemed defective or damaged.
To request an exchange on any defective or damaged product, please contact Teoxane Customer Service on 1800 633 830 or at salesanz@teoxane.com with a description of the fault/damage, your order number and contact details.
Where a product purchased is deemed defective or damaged, Customer Service will organise the return, inspect the product or products and organise and send a replacement.
